JBA consultants have held senior strategic positions in the City of London and have practical experience of strategic tools, such as 'Scenario Planning', 'Management Control Systems' and the design and implementation of the 'Kaplan and Norton Balance Score Card' and 'Strategic Mapping' systems, all to add strategic value to an organization and route a clear road map moving forward, with measurable key performance indicators designed within the process to ensure that the organization remains on track and all businesses within are adding to the corporate strategic goal.

Independent strategic reviews and health checks are also offered to clients who have a mature Strategic Management System in place; where detailed analysis would be undertaken to provide feedback to the organization on their strategic alignment and balance of initiatives to fulfill their strategic objectives and goals. If appropriate, recommendations to recovery and acceleration will also be provided.
